Oliver is in Nanda Parbat as Ra’s al Ghul offers him immortality but at the price of taking his place as head of the League of Assassins. In Star City, Thea deals with telling Nyssa that she’s the one who murdered her one true love.
Decent episode with decent action. I feel it’s a bit of a rehash of previous episodes as Oliver attempts to regain order in a city that refuses to behave. It’s fine, just feels a bit like they’re just treading over old ground again.
Also, the melodrama this time is far too plentiful and doesn’t really carry the episode in the same way it did the last one. I really like the scenes in Nanda Parbat though there’s not a lot of action, this Ra’s is so good at being the upper class badass that he is, I could probably watch him delivering orders and offering teachings to underleans all day. Another spin off? Nah…
+6: I’m a bit mixed on this episode, but it’s more good than bad
-1: Too melodramatic
+1: Ra’s al Ghul is so cool
