Laurel and Thea come to the new Ra’s al Ghul (previously Malcolm Merlyn) in order to put Sara’s body into the Lazarus Pit and bring her back to life. Meanwhile, Oliver and Diggle are tracking down Damien Darhk’s Ghosts and tensions are raised between them.
There was lots of action and drama here that worked for the episode as a whole. I also like seeing Oliver fight metahumans since he often has to outthink them and not just shoot arrows better than they shoot guns (or whatever weapons they’re using that week).
I like the dynamic between Felicity and Curtis, it’s similar to how Oliver treated Felicity when they first met as someone who was just useful at the time, and maybe lying why he needed her to begin with, but eventually becoming friends.
Though I wasn’t bored during this episode, it’s starting to feel like they have too many characters and also too many plotlines needed to give everyone a story on a per episode basis.
+10: Very good episode
-1: Maybe too many characters and plotlines
