Rating: 6.5/10

Team Arrow finds Roy, but he’s being controlled by a new villain known as the calculator while Thea gets sick from her bloodlust and seems to be dying. In Nanda Parbat, Nyssa al Ghul is rescued from her imprisonment and is already plotting her revenge on Oliver. In the past, Oliver hallucinates Shadow again.

I feel this episode has too much going on in it. Malcolm’s back, but so is Roy, and Nyssa, and Katana, and Shadow. Also, the Calculator is a great villain who could definitely be an overarching villain and have greater stakes against Arrow and his team on a personal level than how they do it with always trying to destroy the city in one way or another.

Outside of that, this was a very exciting episode with some great action sequences and choreography but it’s bogged down with far too many plotlines for a single episode.

+7.5: Fun episode, overall

-1: far too much happening in it
