Agent Carter s2e10: Hollywood Ending

MARVEL’S AGENT CARTER – “Hollywood Ending” – Peggy needs Howard Stark to eliminate Zero Matter as they are faced with a mission none of them could come back from, on the season finale of “Marvel’s Agent Carter,” TUESDAY, MARCH 1 (9:00-10:00 p.m. EST) on the ABC Television Network. (ABC/Kelsey McNeal) HAYLEY ATWELL, ENVER GJOKAJ, CHAD MICHAEL MURRAY

Rating: 10/10

Agent Carter and gang have to make a plan come together to stop Whitney and Zero Matter once and for all. Also, just who is Peggy dating?

As far as episodes go, this one was pretty good. It has some pretty good jokes throughout and feels more like a lighthearted heist-comedy than the series finale for a show. It ends well, though it does make me wish there was more but I’m guess after the ending to Endgame, Peggy Carter’s probably gone for good. Well, unless they decide to make a 1950s-based Captain America and Agent Carter movie. That sounds like a good idea to me anyway.

Though this was a good episode, it was fairly lackluster for the final episode. And like many shows that end too soon, it ends on a cliffhanger that we’ll never know where it was leading to. Well, unless it tells us in that 50s Captain America movie I mentioned above. Wait, isn’t there an actual Captain America movie made in the 50s? Maybe the answers lie there somehow…

SCORING:

+9: An enjoyable episode but a bit underwhelming considering the rest of the series, still, a very good show overall

+1: Bonus point for being awesome, whatever it’s the last episode
