The Flash is going to travel to Zoom’s Earth in order to save Harrison’s daughter. While Barry’s there, he sees that things on Earth-2 are very different from how things are on his own world.
I always enjoy seeing actors play evil doppelgangers of themselves, and apparently so do the showrunners of the Flash considering how many people get to be “opposite” in this episode. Actually, Earth-2 seems like a pretty bleak place. Zoom is so powerful that the only meta-human’s left are the evil ones working with him. Everyone is living in a constant fear, even the police have to obey Zoom’s tyrannical rule. Barry’s just barely scraping by against these villains, and Zoom isn’t even around. This dark world makes for some very intense moments throughout the episode.
Action is high in this one and things are brought to a head once an earthquake-causing villain realizes the Flash isn’t in town anymore back in Central City on Earth-1. Also, two parters can be really good when set up properly like this one is, hopefully the pay off in the next episode is just as good.
+10: Another great episode for this intense season
